The Cover Pool Committee is composed of two members of the Board of Directors who are familiar with the mortgage business. It has the following tasks:

1. to ensure the exchange of information with the Managing Director in an advisory capacity.
2. verification of cover value of cover objects incl. inspections.
3. verification of the existence of legal cover on Pfandbriefe according to Art. 9 fA(serial inspection)
4. verification of the actuality of the coverages.
5. approval of the "Estimation Regulations Supplements" and "Handbook for the Cover  Registrar".
6. reporting to the full Board of Directors.
