The Presidential Committee is composed of the Chairman and the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and is chaired by the Chairman of the Board of Directors. It has the following tasks:
to ensure the exchange of information with the Managing Director in an advisory capacity.
monitoring and supervision of corporate governance.
Supervision of the implementation of the strategy approved by the Board of Directors and of the management's business activities in accordance with Art. 15 of the Organisational Regulations.
approving investment limits in accordance with Art. 11 of the Investment Regulations and decisions on measures to be taken if warning limits are passively exceeded in accordance with Art. 5 of the Investment Regulations and on measures to be taken if the list of SNB-eligibility securities is amended in accordance with Art. 12 of the Investment Regulations.
