It has the following tasks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0to ensure the exchange of information with the Managing Director in an advisory capacity.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0verification of cover value of cover objects incl. inspections.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0verification of the existence of legal cover on Pfandbriefe according to Art. 9 fA (serial inspection).<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0approval of the &#8220;Estimation Regulations Supplements&#8221; and &#8220;Handbook for the Cover Registrar&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0reporting to the full Board of Directors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.25.1&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; transform_translate=&#8221;0px|-27px&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; min_height=&#8221;62.6px&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Further Committees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In view of our simple business model and the tight framework conditions, the tasks relating to nominations, compensation and audit are handled by the full Board of Directors.
