Share capital
The share capital currently amounts to CHF 1,2 billion and is divided into 1’200’000 registered shares with a nominal value of CHF 1’000 each. Per registered share CHF 440 have been paid in, resulting in a total of CHF 528 million.
As of July 31 2024 the share register contained 289 registered shareholders.
